At Bidet Mate, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our products. If you encounter any issues, please review our refund and return policy below:
- Consumer Guarantees:
- All our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
- You are also entitled to have the products repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
- Eligibility for Refunds:
- Faulty Products: If your product is faulty, not as described, or unfit for purpose, you may request a refund, replacement, or repair.
- Misfittings: If the product does not fit due to a mistake in our product description or specifications, you are entitled to a remedy.
- Return Shipping Costs:
- We will cover the return shipping costs for faulty products or misfittings due to our error.
- For change of mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- How to Request a Return or Refund:

- Provide your order number, details of the issue, and any supporting evidence (e.g., photos).
- Our team will assist you in processing your return or refund.
- Time Limits:
- Refunds or replacements for faulty products or misfittings must be requested within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Change of mind returns must be requested within 14 days of receiving your order.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

- Return Shipping:
- For faulty items, we must cover the cost of return shipping.
- If the customer changes their mind or orders the wrong size based on accurate information provided, we are not obligated to cover return shipping.
